Secured Signing is an electronic and remote online notarization (RON) system for notaries. They charge:
- $1.50 per document notarized
- $1 per notary stamp added
- $5 for a 30-minute
- $3 per person for ID verification
- $1 for KBA authorization
Secured Signing’s pricing
In Texas, notaries can charge:
- $10 for the first signature and $1 for each additional signature for acknowledgments or proofs
- $10 for administering an oath or affirmation, with certificate and seal
- $1 per page for providing a copy of a record or paper kept in the notary’s office
Online notaries in Texas can charge up to $25 per notarial act, in addition to the standard notarization fee.
